Orga Terra Trading is a food-ingredient sourcing and distribution company serving European and Middle Eastern markets. They turned to Kleritt to optimize supplier selection processes and speed up lead generation, aiming to reduce the time required to identify new suppliers and qualified buyers.

Kleritt automated key stages of their supplier research and qualification workflow to minimise repetitive manual work. We built a system that collects, filters, and ranks potential suppliers based on predefined product, certification, and region criteria.To support outbound growth, we added targeted automations to generate and organise new sales leads with relevant contact details, enabling faster and more structured outreach. With these systems in place, Orga Terra Trading significantly reduced time spent on supplier search, increased the quality of suitable matches, and created a repeatable process for identifying new commercial opportunities.
